Which of these Shotokan schools teaches the more traditional bunkai of Katas; JKA or SKIF?

I mean which teaches the kata moves that are grappling, throws, parries and not just striking?

    both and neither
that more depends upon the instructor and not the organization

SKIF is lead by Hirokazu Kanzawa. He was one of the original JKA instructors before their leadership fell apart due to internal conflict.
The syllabus of the clubs is tremendously similar. The goals of both clubs are tremendously similar.
The bunkai of both clubs are tremendously similar.
They both teach the traditional kihon, kumite, and kata with bunkai.
The differences betwen the clubs are as minor as the differences between two instructors from the same organization are likely to be.
Neither is more right, neither is wrong.
